This item is a genuine antique, not a copy or reproduction. Art Deco patinated white metal figure on mix marble and onyx base.
Material: Patinated and cold painted white metal. This figure was cast in Fonte D'Art (high quality spelter). Head and hands are made of ivoirine (celluloid or plastic). This item is signed Leducq (pseudonym Rochard).
But we had others similar signed Menneville or Menneville et Rochard. Signature: "M LEDUCQ" is stamped on top of base. FRANCE is stamped on back of dress.
60cm / 23.6 in. Long, 21cm / 8.3 in. Deep and 28 cm / 11 in. The figures that we offer have almost one hundred years, so it is normal that they can have some damage to the patina, or small flaws in the marble of the bases. Those damages will always be identified both in the written description, as in the photographs accompanying the announcement. All the pieces that we offer are original art deco pieces.
